Penn Badgley better known as Dan Humphrey on Gossip Girl is my iCandy of the Week. I first noticed Penn in the movie "John Tucker Must Die". He was known as the "other Tucker",because he wasn't as smooth and attractive but as his brother but he was still cute in my opinion. Penn was born in Baltimore,MD but raised in Richmond,Va. From watching him on Gossip Girl he doesn't try hard to be seen as sexy,his character makes him more appealing and attractive.
A random fact about Penn is that he was the voice over for Mario on the video game Mario Golf for Nintendo 64 and later on for Mario Tennis
